Here are a few quick facts about Cohutta Springs that might help you better enjoy your stay.

Cohutta Springs is a smoke free facility; and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the property.  Please help keep the grounds clean and beautiful by not littering.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate early arrivals.  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. unless special arrangements have been made with our office.

Dog friendly rooms are available for a fee of $75.00 per stay. Small dogs only, please, and dogs must remain on a leash while on the grounds.  Service dogs are allowed in the lodge.

Business Center exists for guests. It includes  a computer, printer, and wireless internet service that is offered throughout the  property.

Resort Fee $1.00 per person this small fee includes: hiking, canoeing, tennis courts, swimming (seasonal), outdoor basketball and sand volleyball.
