Cohutta Springs Conference Center is owned and operated by the Georgia-Cumberland Conference of Seventh-day Adventists

The Georgia-Cumberland Conference is one of eight conferences comprising the Southern Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Georgia-Cumberland Conference's territory includes all of Georgia, Eastern Tennessee, and Cherokee County in North Carolina. The conference's administrative leadership coordinates not only the church life but also the educational ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the conference territory. The Seventh-day Adventist Church operates the largest Protestant educational system in the world. Four hospitals operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church are also located within the territory of the conference.
